Topographic Surveys

We provide different types of topographic surveys for different clients. These may include a site for new build, redevelopment, refurbishment, or more detailed surveys for ground modeling to establish areas and volumetric calculations.

All our topographic surveys are undertaken using the latest Total Stations and GPS technology.

The added feature of reflectorless measurement enables us to measure features in the adjacent site, for example tree positions or building ridge and eaves, thus eliminating the need to hire expensive platforms or the need to gain access to neighbour’s land.

Using the latest 3D ground modeling software and AutoCAD, observed data is then processed into a high quality drawing for use in the next stage of the project.

Once completed, surveys are overlaid onto relevant digital mapping to give excellent background information of a particular site.

All our drawings are produced in AutoCAD and can be delivered via e-mail, as either an AutoCAD .dwg .DXF or .pdf files, or traditionally by plotting a scaled drawing on plain paper.
